I recently stayed at a hotel in Mendoza and had a great experience. First, the location was excellent, being close to the town centre, plaza, and a variety of restaurants. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Finally, the rooms were spacious and clean, with a balcony that offered a lovely view. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find any faults.

Beds , decor .. very smart and comfortable .. lots of space in the rooms ..
The pool was not particularly big and the breakfast not particularly extensive for the price we were paying

The hotel was able to arrange a babysitter for us which is pretty rare in Mendoza and Argentina in general unless you are staying at one of the big name international hotels. This was very important for us as we have a toddler and it gave us a chance to spend some time just the 2 of us. Also, the free parking is great if you plan to rent a car. The pool on the roof is small but is still nice on a hot day. Location is pretty good - not smack central but pretty close to everything. AC/heater was very quite and effective.
The checkout time is too early - 10 AM. The wifi signal was very weak and slow - almost unusable from our room. The Internet in the lobby is available only on 1 computer on a high table and there was no chair available so I had to stand the whole time while using it. Also, you have to leave a deposit for batteries for the safe - 100 pesos. They were also not able to provide a baby crib so we had to use chairs to create a barrier around the spare bed in the room for our toddler.

The staff at this hotel are extremely helpful, making sure that all your needs are taken care of. They go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with attention to detail. The cleaning service is great, ensuring that everything is spotless. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the town center, making it easy to explore the area. The proximity to restaurants and shops is a big plus. I loved having a room with a balcony on the top floor. It was a great spot to relax and enjoy the views.
I couldn't find anything to fault with this hotel. Everything was great.

Continental breakfast is delivered to the room at the time you request.
The extra 20% added to your bill but I guess it's government requirement.

Perfect location on Plaza Italia, close to Plaza Independencia but also close to all the nightlife on Aristedes. The staff was amazing: professional, kind and courteous. They helped us navigate Mendoza, make resevations for restaurants, etc. Breakfast was simple but delivered to our room each morningN medialunas, juice, coffee, milk. This is great value for the money. The rooms were very clean. Probably one of the best places we stayed in Argentina. I would highly recommend it.

My stay at Apart San Lorenzo was fantastic. The staff were all very friendly and accomodating (especially all of the front desk managers). The room was large and clean with tv lots of closet space and a huge bathroom. In the morning breakfast was brought up to the room which was a very nice convenience. The hotel is very located with a short 5 to 10 minute walk to the main square and peatonal. They are happy to help you book excursions as well. Overall a very pleasant stay and definitely worth the money!

The ideal location made it easy to enjoy our romantic escape without getting lost in the traffic. The staff made us feel welcomed with their friendly and helpful attitude. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of options that catered to different tastes. We also appreciated the fact that we had access to reliable Wi-Fi and well-maintained facilities.
While our room was comfortable, it was clear that some areas needed a little more attention. The air conditioning was a bit noisy and often interrupted our sleep.

The staff were very friendly and helpful (and thankfully spoke English - apologies my Spanish was so poor) Our apartment, had plenty of space and was well equipped.
The traffic noise was a bit annoying during the night. The apartment is very nice and comfortable however some of the decor is becoming a tad tired.

Spacious and comfortable room with a large bed. Loved the tasty breakfast delivered right to our door every morning.
We lost money due to a banking issue that the hotel didn't quite handle properly. the pool area could use a bit more attention to cleanliness.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is very close to the plaza and other attractions. Staff is friendly and accommodating, and breakfast in the room is a nice touch. Rooms are spacious and have basic amenities, such as table/chairs, fridge, and a microwave.
One of the aspects of the hotel needs improvement, such as the towels or the bed comfort.
